⛓️Previously Explored:Started playing with blockchain in 2021, wrote quite a few smart contracts, and worked on DeFi projects. Now I want to combine AI with blockchain - feels like it'll be really interesting!
💻The Journey:Started with Java backend in 2007, then did Android development for a few years, moved to blockchain, and now obsessed with AI. Friends call me the "tech trend chaser" in our circle, and I think it's pretty accurate 😊

ChainAlert - Blockchain Monitoring Bot
💭 Project Background
Built a real-time blockchain transaction monitoring bot supporting major chains like Solana and Ethereum. The idea was simple: market changes so fast, manual monitoring is exhausting, better let a bot watch for me and push alerts when there's anomalies.
😊 My Feeling
Technical implementation was more complex than imagined, had to handle API differences across chains and filter noise. But seeing the bot accurately alert whale movements was incredibly satisfying! I use it every day now.
TempoMark - Time NFTs
💭 Project Background
An interesting idea: turning time into NFTs. Supporting Monad and Lens testnet, each NFT represents a specific time point. The idea came from thinking time is the most precious asset, why can't it be tokenized?
😊 My Feeling
Market response was mediocre, maybe the concept was too ahead of its time 😅 But technically challenging, involving precise timestamp handling and cross-chain compatibility. Though few users, I think this concept still has potential.
PartyPicks - Party Game App
💭 Project Background
Friends always played on phones during gatherings, boring. So I made an iOS app with various party games: dice games, connect four, reaction speed games etc. Goal was to get everyone off phones and play together.
😊 My Feeling
Didn't expect people would actually download it! Though not high-tech, seeing reviews calling it 'party essential' was heartwarming. Sometimes simple ideas are most practical.
MetaPi - NFTFi Mining Project
💭 Project Background
When NFTFi was hot, built a project where users buy NFTs for mining, could upgrade NFTs for better yields, added some competitive gameplay. Thought GameFi + NFTFi would be the next big thing.
😊 My Feeling
Hit the bear market, entire GameFi track went cold 😭 Project eventually went offline, but learned a lot about smart contracts and game economic models. Looking back, timing was indeed wrong.
Alphax - Digital Asset Management Platform
💭 Project Background
An asset management project where users deposit funds, professional team handles investment and hedging. Idea was regular users struggle with investing, better leave it to professionals. Tech focus was risk control and fund security.
😊 My Feeling
This project gave me deep understanding of various DeFi protocols and risk management. Though not purely technical, helped me understand blockchain financial ecosystem greatly.
Satsorders - BRC20 Voting Platform
💭 Project Background
After Bitcoin ecosystem rose, various BRC20 token communities needed governance tools. Built a snapshot-like voting platform where different token communities can propose and vote on development directions. Kind of Bitcoin ecosystem infrastructure.
😊 My Feeling
Bitcoin development completely different from Ethereum, many limitations but also interesting. This project deepened my understanding of Bitcoin ecosystem. Community response was good, filled a gap.
Mobile Payment Merchant App
💭 Project Background
Early million-user level payment app for merchants. When mobile payments just started, tech stack was simpler, but UX and performance optimization were key. Daily handling massive transactions, did countless stress tests.
😊 My Feeling
This experience gave me deep understanding of large-scale app development. From thousands to millions of users, problems are completely different. Now I always consider scalability in any project, habit from that time.
QR Code Ordering Platform
💭 Project Background
During pandemic, restaurants needed contactless ordering, built a table QR ordering platform. Customers scan to see menu and order, kitchen gets orders real-time. Tech wasn't complex but solved real problems.
😊 My Feeling
This kind of B2B project most fulfilling, directly solving merchant pain points. Seeing restaurant owners say 'this system is so useful' was happier than any tech award. Sometimes tech value is making life more convenient.
Say Two Words Mini Program
💭 Project Background
Wanted to make a community mini-program like Zhishi Xingqiu where people share ideas and discuss tech. Called 'Say Two Words' meaning casual chat. When WeChat mini-program ecosystem just started, seemed like an opportunity.
😊 My Feeling
Mini-program development experience was good, but community operations much harder than tech development 😅 Finally realized product and tech are totally different things, without user stickiness had to give up. But learned mini-program development.
LookUp - AI Language Learning Assistant
💭 Project Background
Built an AI image recognition language learning app where users take photos to get multi-language translation and grammar analysis. Idea came from struggling with unknown words while learning English, dictionary too troublesome, better let AI tell me directly.
😊 My Feeling
This project deepened my understanding of OCR tech and multi-language processing. Seeing user feedback saying 'finally don't need dictionary for English' was especially fulfilling. AI in education has really broad prospects.
PromptPlan - AI Project Planning Tool
💭 Project Background
Entrepreneurs and developers always have many ideas but hard to turn ideas into concrete executable plans. Built an AI tool where inputting one sentence idea generates detailed project plan and task breakdown.
😊 My Feeling
This was my first macOS native app, learned many new technologies. Most interesting was seeing users plan all kinds of weird projects 😄 AI indeed helps turn vague ideas into concrete actionable plans.
StickerAI - AI Sticker Generator
💭 Project Background
Can't find suitable stickers when chatting? Built an AI tool where uploading one photo generates 24 different expression personalized sticker packs. Supports anime, pixel, cartoon styles, usable on WeChat, Telegram etc.
😊 My Feeling
Didn't expect this project to be so popular! User-generated sticker packs are so weird and funny, some really hilarious 😂 Made me realize AI's potential in creative fields, simple tech combinations can create great value.

A Web3 Company
💭 The Situation Then
Joined a blockchain-focused startup, responsible for entire tech team and product architecture. Web3 was hot then, various DeFi and NFT projects emerging constantly, learning new tech and concepts daily.
😊 My Feelings
First time as tech lead, high pressure but fast growth. From only managing my own code to considering entire system architecture and team management was a big change. Though hit bear market later, this experience gave me deep blockchain understanding.

💭 The Situation Then
Decided to start business during pandemic, tried everything: food delivery operations, community mini-programs, H5 marketing, used car platforms... Those two years like exploring all possibilities, some successful some failed.
😊 My Feelings
Starting business really not easy, not just tech issues, also product, operations, market... Learning new things daily. Though didn't make any big projects, this experience gave me deeper understanding of business and products.

💭 The Situation Then
Golden era of mobile payments, our merchant app had million-level users. Daily handling massive transactions, extremely high requirements for system stability and performance. Every release was nerve-wracking, afraid bugs would affect merchant payments.
😊 My Feelings
This experience gave me true understanding of large-scale system development. From architecture design to performance optimization, from data security to user experience, every detail matters. Also where I learned team leadership and technical decision making.

💭 The Situation Then
Joined when food delivery industry just started, daily optimizing delivery algorithms and improving user experience. Remember often staying up till dawn for feature launches, but seeing users order food more conveniently was very fulfilling.
😊 My Feelings
First time touching O2O business, learned a lot about location services, real-time communication, user behavior analysis. Though only stayed one year, this experience gave me new understanding of mobile internet.

💭 The Situation Then
Started writing Java at 17, when Spring was still new tech, mobile internet just emerging. Worked on various projects across companies: enterprise management systems, e-commerce platforms, social apps... basically touched every business type.
😊 My Feelings
These eight years were when my technical foundation was most solid. From complete newbie to learning system design, database optimization, distributed architecture... Every company change brought new learning, now I miss those days of pure coding.

After working over ten years, felt need to systematically supplement theoretical knowledge, so pursued a computer application technology degree. Mainly wanted to understand cutting-edge tech trends and algorithmic theory.

Working while studying was indeed tiring but very rewarding. Re-examined experience-based work with theory, many previously unclear concepts suddenly made sense. Especially algorithms and data structures, very helpful for work.

After entering Web3 industry, found just understanding tech wasn't enough, also needed to understand economic models and financial principles. Had opportunity to study economics, wanted to understand the world from another angle.
😊 My Harvest
Cross-disciplinary learning quite challenging, transitioning from technical to economic thinking takes time. But this experience gave me deeper understanding of blockchain and DeFi, also made me consider product decisions more comprehensively.
