"The more you continue, the more you can accept that the product is not for everyone."

I still hope to write this public account myself rather than using some AI tools for polishing. If I open another product account in the future, I might use some AI tools for that.
Let's start with the first wave of product updates.
StickerAI
Custom Emojis
There's not much to say about this; it's just as previously mentioned. Users want to create their own emojis instead of using system emojis. However, if it's completely open, ordinary users won't use it either. So, I spent a lot of time adjusting the framework for generating prompts, ultimately allowing users to express their needs and generate 24 emoji prompts, which they can then fine-tune.
Adjustment of Free Plan
Originally, new users would receive 10 points as a gift. Points have a cost, and the intention was to allow new users to experience all the features according to their needs before deciding whether to pay for more points.
But it frustrated me that some users would register with a different account to take advantage of the free points and then come to criticize me for not meeting their needs.
Some came to say my website is ugly, and that it's just a poorly made shell application.
Others just wanted to use it as a style converter, generating dozens of images at once, and questioned why I didn't provide convenient downloads or batch uploads.
There were even people saying they wanted to report fraud, claiming that all AI-generated images outside are free, so why should I charge.
It seems that the negativity in the Chinese community is quite strong right now. After thinking it over, I decided not to indulge them and canceled most features for free users.
Old Photo Restoration and Labs
This mainly revolves around the fact that large models can do many interesting things, but I don't want to create a new application. This way, I can reuse some existing features at a low cost to quickly implement fun things, allowing users to experience new features without needing to learn overly complex knowledge. I will continue to update some new model features in the future.
New Japanese Cartoon Style Emoji Pack
I posted content related to emoji packs on Xiaohongshu, and then this style was recommended in the feed. I found it quite interesting, so I decided to add it to the existing emoji styles.
I was a bit frustrated after being criticized before, so I vented to GPT, and this was its response.
The first version was made, and many people said it didn't look right. Then I began a long process of optimization.
Version 2

Version countless
Final Version
The third and fourth sets of Bald Head Universe are still under review; they were previously rejected for some strange reasons. I hope they can pass this time, as they have been stuck for two weeks.
The third set mainly corresponds to system emojis for daily communication.
After the fourth set goes live, everyone can check it out; it's suitable for those who have recently been badly let down by the old special 😭.
Others
At this point, the first phase of StickerAI's vision is basically complete, but there are still many ideas piled up to explore.
However, I want to change my state for now. In a couple of days, I will return to my home country, and I will meet many friends. I probably won't have much time to develop new features, so I plan to spend more time on articles and social media. Today, I tried submitting backlinks, which was quite interesting, but after submitting a few, I found that they weren't suitable for SEO in this area. It’s better to focus more on high-exposure social media.
During this time, I’ve been posting on Twitter and Xiaohongshu and found that the difference between polished articles and unpolished ones is quite significant. For those without operational experience, appropriate polishing is still very helpful. I also need to output threads and multilingual content (mainly in English) on Twitter, and currently, I am using GPT to assist with these.
Similarly, for articles like independent development diaries, I found a significant difference in traffic on Xiaohongshu. I also had GPT help analyze this. The operational methods I’m using now are quite random and based on communication with GPT, but I hope to standardize this more in the future. So, this month, I plan to create a new tool to assist me or other independent developers in managing their social media accounts, bringing technology closer to the market. I am still conceptualizing the specific product's performance and content, and I expect to complete the design in the next few days.
That's all for now.
